Sustaining the change

Making changes to the way you work can be challenging. It can take a lot of commitment from all of those involved and it can require many resources. What’s more, even with the most successful programme of change it can sometimes be hard to keep momentum, to not become complacent or worse still, revert to old ways of working.

It’s important therefore that sufficient focus is given to sustain the change.  This requires a process for evaluation and learning, which means capturing key information, quantitative and qualitative, to monitor progress and learn from experience about what needs to change.
