Preparing for change

We take an experimental and iterative approach to change – the principles of trying new ways, learning from them and adapting as you go are fundamental to success with self-organised teamwork.

So there is no master plan or detailed route map at the outset, but it does make sense to learn from the experience of others what resources you’ll need to have in place to succeed.

An important element of this is to draft a framework of ground rules and guidelines for self-organised teams to work within, and to improve this through dialogue with the people affected.

We facilitate that process so that you come up with a brief statement of the practical standards of service, working relationships and resource use that match your purpose.

In addition, we help you to ensure your whole organisation understands what you are aiming to achieve, and the why and the how, and how each of the various departments and staff groups will contribute to success.
