Inspiration Workshop

NHS leaders need to unlearn that they are “the source of the solution” and instead see themselves as the “architect of the environment, in which others can solve problems”.

So said the NHS national clinical director for improvement, Dr Amar Shah, recently. We agree – in fact, that is what our work is all about.

Come and learn how self-organised teams can work in solution-focused ways and how their organisations can help them by removing obstacles, simplifying processes and supporting their creativity.

In this workshop, Cepta Hamm will share how that was done at Guy’s & St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust with Public World’s help, and our MD Brendan Martin will share experience from several other NHS initiatives around the country.
