Started and sponsored by Public World, its purpose is to house useful resources, host creative and friendly discussion, and facilitate mutual support and peer-to-peer learning.
Public World is a social enterprise that helps organisations enable and support their people to work with greater freedom and responsibility through self-organised team work.
But we see ourselves as part of wider movements of change towards asset-based community development, relational public service and greater freedom with responsibility in nurturing workplaces.
Some of the materials and posts on the community site are open access to all members, while others are for particular special interest groups – and you can start your own!
