Self-organised Teamwork  £495 per person

This programme focuses on what is important to work successfully as a self-organising team. From looking at team roles and team tasks, the format for meetings and the team agreement to learning how teams manage their performance, feedback and conflict.

This programme will also help you to understand the role of a coach and how to be coached, as well as looking at the team relationship with other self-organising teams, the support services and the senior leadership team.
