Public World is offering 3 free places on our group course ‘Basics of Self-organisation’ starting on the 7th October 2024.
The programme starts with building a thorough understanding of the basics of self-organisation. Learn the basic principles of self-organising teamwork and the importance of knowing your ‘why‘ and having a framework to guide the work of self-organising teams.
With that knowledge you’ll then dig a bit deeper to explore how the methods of self-organised teamwork serve your purpose by supporting the day-to-day practical work of your professionals.
The programme consists of 6 themed courses, requiring approximately 6 hours of self-directed online study and participation in three online group workshops (Oct, Nov, Dec) lasting 1.5 – 2 hours.
