Public World helps organisations enable and support their people to work with greater freedom and responsibility through self-organised team work, but we see ourselves as part of wider movements of change towards asset-based community development, relational public service and greater freedom with responsibility in nurturing workplaces.

How does membership work?

We offer three different types of membership:

What is included in the different membership levels?

What happens in the monthly, online, mastermind session?

Mastermind sessions are held monthly, online, for members to come together to share with and learn from each other, to gain clarity, encourage accountability, and plan for action.

The mastermind sessions generally take place on a Wednesday from 8am to 10am, to minimise the impact on your day and to start with fresh minds!

The same members attend every month, so that relationships can be built and we can work on challenges which we return to in subsequent months to ensure accountability and action, to monitor progress and address any obstacles in actioning plans.     

What do participants say they value about our mastermind sessions?

There is no charge for open membership to the Humanity at the Heart community.

The charge for the CEO, Directors & Senior Leaders membership is £125 per month.
