How does the programme work?

Each of the two programmes consists of six themed e-learning courses and three online interactive workshops facilitated by members of our experienced team.

The online courses each require an average of about an hour of study, at times suited to your schedule, and each workshop goes at a lively pace for two hours.

The e-learning material can be accessed on whatever device suits you best, so you can study at your desk, at home or on the move, breaking off and continuing as needed.

The workshops – one to kick off the double programme, another at the halfway stage and the third at the end to help you plan next steps — use interactive tools to capture ideas, draw up plans and make it easy to share your work with your wider organisation.

The programme can start whenever you and your team are ready! Following your introductory workshop, you can dive into the e-learning courses right away.

Basics of self-organisation programme
In this introduction to the basics of self-organisation you’ll learn the basic principles of self-organising teamwork and the importance of knowing your ‘why‘ and having a framework to guide the work of self-organising teams.

From team dynamics, roles and tasks to team agreements and managing performance, feedback and conflict, this programme will equip teams with the knowledge they need to work successfully together as a self-organising team.

Course 2: Peer support and challenge in a self-organising team

How much will all this cost?

As a social enterprise we are committed to sharing our learning as widely as we can, while staying in business ourselves. Prices start from £1500 per team for a single programme and £2500 per team for a double programme, based on a team of 2-6 people. Prices are excluding VAT.
